GESTALT
This is an experiential therapy that focuses on what is happening in the moment to address the blocks that limit growth and contentment. It involves awareness and active experimentation to open up creativity, and identify new possibilities.
EMDR
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapy developed by Francine Shapiro that helps people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences. Rather than just addressing the emotions or thoughts, this treatment taps into the brain’s natural healing process, creating enduring relief.
